Taxonomy
Dollocaris was named by van Straelen (1923) [Sepkoski's age data: J Call J Tith-l Sepkoski's reference number: 619]. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Dollocarididae.

It was assigned to Concavicarida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Dollocarididae by Schram (2014).
