Labrodioctes montanensis
Taxonomy
Labrodioctes montanensis was named by Gao and Fox (1996). Its type specimen is ANSP 18664, a mandible (partial left dentary with five teeh/spaces, and broken bases of six others), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Blackbird Ridge Quarry (BBR), which is in a Campanian/Campanian terrestrial sandstone in the Judith River Formation of Montana. It is the type species of Labrodioctes.
