Taxonomy
Dibunophyllum uddeni was named by Ross and Ross (1963). Its type specimen is USNM 139786 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM702n, Wolf Camp Hills, Glass Mountains, which is in a Gzhelian marine limestone in the Gaptank Formation of Texas.
