Gruntallina triangularis
Taxonomy
Comelicania triangularis was named by Grunt (1965). Its type specimen is PIN 2073/551 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dorasham, Comelicania Beds, Dzhulfa Gorge, Arax River, which is in a Changhsingian marine horizon in the Ali Bashi Formation of Azerbaijan.
It was recombined as Gruntallina triangularis by Waterhouse and Gupta (1986).
