Spironemella dignitas
Taxonomy
Cinclidonema dignitas was named by Waterhouse (1963). Its type specimen is TM 3328, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is GS5296, Gibraltar Burn (D44/f9511), which is in an Artinskian marine sandstone in New Zealand. It is the type species of Spironemella.
It was recombined as Spironemella dignitas by Waterhouse (1980).
