Cosgriffius campi
Taxonomy
Cosgriffius campi was named by Welles (1993). Its type specimen is UCMP 112135, a partial skull (Skull missing posterior end), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Meteor Crater Quarry, main bonebed, which is in a Spathian lacustrine sandstone/mudstone in the Moenkopi Formation of Arizona.
