Seitaad ruessi
Taxonomy
Seitaad ruessi was named by Sertich and Loewen (2010). Its type specimen is UMNH VP 18040, a partial skeleton (articulated partial postcranial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Eagle's Nest, UMNH VP Loc. 191, which is in a Pliensbachian/Toarcian eolian sandstone in the Navajo Sandstone Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Seitaad.
