Protokatroma aquila
Taxonomy
Protokatroma aquila was named by Carter et al. (1998). Its type locality is S1-7-89-CNA-SKUD-34A and -34B, Kunga Island, which is in a Hettangian/Hettangian basinal (siliciclastic) limestone/siltstone in the Sandilands Formation of Canada.
It was recombined as Pseudoeucyrtis aquila by Danelian (2010).
