Cymatophos tuberaensis

Phos tuberaensis was named by Anderson (1929) [DISTRIBUTION: Miocene; Colombia, Ecuador.]. It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is CAS Loc. 267 (horizon P), Tubará Mtn [Tubará Fm], which is in a Miocene marine siliciclastic in the Tubará Formation of Colombia.
It was recombined as Cymatophos tuberaensis by Woodring (1964).
