Peloroplites cedrimontanus
Taxonomy
Peloroplites cedrimontanus was named by Carpenter et al. (2008). Its type specimen is CEUM 26331, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Price River II site (Loc. Utah EM372), which is in an Aptian/Albian terrestrial mudstone in the Cedar Mountain Formation of Utah.
