Jhagirilophus chorgalensis
Taxonomy
Jhagirilophus chorgalensis was named by Thewissen et al. (2001). Its type specimen is H-GSP 97193, a set of teeth (left [upper] M1-2 and several enamel fragments), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gali Jhagir, which is in an Eocene terrestrial mudstone in the Chorgali Formation of Pakistan. It is the type species of Jhagirilophus.
