Sinonyx jiashanensis
Taxonomy
Sinonyx jiashanensis was named by Zhou et al. (1995). Its type specimen is IVPP V10760, a skull (cranium and dentaries), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mingguang, Tujinshan, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Tujinshan Formation of China. It is the type species of Sinonyx.
