Pareiasuchus nasicornis
Taxonomy
Pareiasuchus nasicornis was named by Haughton and Boonstra (1929). Its type specimen is SAM 3016, a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Graaff-Reinet Commonage, which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial horizon in the Middleton/Balfour Formation of South Africa.
