Geyerella inexpectata
Taxonomy
Geyerella inexpectata was named by Cooper and Grant (1974). Its type specimen is USNM 150986e, a valve (Ventral valve), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is USNM707e, Sullivan Peak, Glass Mountains, which is in a Roadian slope limestone in the Road Canyon Formation of Texas.
