Kokartus honorarius
Taxonomy
Kokartus honorarius was named by Nessov (1988). Its type specimen is CMGE 1/11998 (Central Museum of Geological Exploration), a partial skull (a frontal), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kyzylsu I, which is in a Bathonian terrestrial claystone in the Balabansai Formation of Kyrgyzstan. It is the type species of Kokartus.
