Phileosimias brahuiorum
Taxonomy
Phileosimias brahuiorum was named by Marivaux et al. (2005). Its type specimen is UMC-DBC 2221, a tooth (right [upper] M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Paali Nala level C2 (DBC2), which is in an Oligocene fluvial-deltaic sandstone in the Chitarwata Formation of Pakistan.
