Kentriodon schneideri
Taxonomy
Kentriodon schneideri was named by Whitmore and Kaltenbach (2008). Its type specimen is USNM 323772, a skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lee Creek, Pungo River Fm., which is in an Aquitanian/Langhian marine carbonate in the Pungo River Formation of North Carolina.
