Chenanisuchus lateroculi
Taxonomy
Chenanisuchus lateroculi was named by Jouve et al. (2005). Its type specimen is OCP DEK-GE 262, a skull, and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Quarry A4, Sidi Chennane, which is in a Thanetian marine phosphorite in the Couche II Formation of Morocco.
