Type specimen: UALVP 55562, a mandible (r dentary with i1-m3). Its type locality is Gao Mine, which is in a Tiffanian terrestrial siltstone in the Paskapoo Formation of Canada.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Gao Mine
