Type specimen: PMSLJ Ba 373, a calyx. Its type locality is Forest road east of Dovje (Vogrije), which is in an Artinskian platform/shelf-margin reef limestone/siltstone in the Trogkofel Limestone Formation of Slovenia.

Ecology: stationary intermediate-level epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Forest road east of Dovje (Vogrije)
