Sister taxa: Tetrarca acuminata, Tetrarca boucardi, Tetrarca fernandezensis, Tetrarca leptogrammica, Tetrarca tetragona, Tetrarca washingtoniana

Type specimen: CIT 1382, a shell. Its type locality is USGS loc. 4475, Fugler Point, which is in a Pliocene coastal sandstone in California.

Ecology: facultatively mobile semi-infaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: there are no occurrences of Tetrarca sisquocensis in the database
