Type specimen: NHMW 1988/0141/0001aCb, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Kummer Quarry, which is in a Langhian shallow subtidal limestone in the Leitha Formation of Austria.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Kummer Quarry
