Sister taxon: Avitoluvarus mariannae

Type specimen: PIN 2179/62, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Uilya-Kushlyuk, which is in a Ypresian marine horizon in the Danata Formation of Turkmenistan.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Uilya-Kushlyuk
