Type specimen: ND-2012-Pha 1, a set of teeth. Its type locality is Na Duong Coal Mine (base of lower lignite seam), which is in a Bartonian/Priabonian terrestrial claystone/lignite in the Na Duong Formation of Vietnam.

Ecology: ground dwelling browser

Distribution: found only at Na Duong Coal Mine (base of lower lignite seam)
