Belongs to Rhymmoceras according to V. E. Ruzhentsev and M. F. Bogoslovskaya 1971
Sister taxa: Rhymmoceras gracilentum, Rhymmoceras perlatum, Rhymmoceras spatiosum
Type specimen: PIN 455/425, a shell. Its type locality is Dombar Hills, sample 27, which is in a Pendleian carbonate limestone in Kazakhstan.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 16.5
Distribution:
• Carboniferous of Kazakhstan (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
