Type specimen: SHN.LPP 172, a partial shell (Shell preserving the nuchalplate, the first to seventh neurals, the anterior regionof the eighth neural, the first pair of costals, the com-plete second to four). Its type locality is Porto do Barril Beach, which is in a Tithonian/Tithonian channel sandstone/claystone in the Freixial Formation of Portugal.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Porto do Barril Beach
