Type specimen: GSGM-08-CM-002, a partial skeleton (two thoracic vertebrae, a thoracic rib, partial synsacrum, a nearly complete right ischium and pubis, right distal tibiotarsus, and a complete, articulated righ). Its type locality is Changma, Yumen, which is in an Aptian lacustrine mudstone/shale in the Xiagou Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Changma, Yumen
