Type specimen: IVPP V12685, a mandible (A pair of lower jaws, including teeth). Its type locality is Yangxiaowu, Qianshan locality 71017, which is in a Paleocene terrestrial horizon in the Doumu Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Yangxiaowu, Qianshan locality 71017
