Sister taxon: Uzbekbaatar kizylkumensis
Type specimen: ZIN 83673, a tooth (left p4). Its type locality is CBI-117 (Shark Locality), Dzharakuduk, which is in a Turonian/Coniacian marine horizon in the Aitym Formation of Uzbekistan.
Ecology: arboreal herbivore
Distribution: found only at CBI-117 (Shark Locality), Dzharakuduk
