Type specimen: B.300, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Belmont (BMNH collection), which is in a Changhsingian pond chert in the Croudace Bay Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at Warner's Bay, Belmont (Rev. Barrett 1927 coll)
