Belongs to Sinclairoceras according to R. H. Flower 1952
Sister taxa: none
Type specimen: RHF 58, a partial shell (living chamber and portions of two camerae and an adapical portion of a phragmocone). Its type locality is Ste. Anne de Chicoutimi, which is in a Kirkfieldian/Shermanian carbonate lime mudstone in the Simard Formation of Canada.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Ste. Anne de Chicoutimi
