Type specimen: Its type locality is NMB Loc16821 - Rio Cana [Gurabo Fm], which is in a Messinian coastal sandstone/limestone in the Gurabo Formation of the Dominican Republic.

Ecology: facultatively mobile low-level epifaunal microcarnivore

Distribution:

• Pliocene of the Dominican Republic (5 collections)

• Miocene of the Dominican Republic (11)

Total: 16 collections each including a single occurrence
