Type specimens:
- Eubaculites latecarinatus: CPC 2718, a shell
- Giralites quadrisulcatus: CPC 2722, a shell. Its type locality is Marilla Anticline (Korojon calcarenite), which is in a Maastrichtian carbonate limestone in the Korojon Formation of Australia.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

• Cretaceous of Australia (5 collections), South Africa (3), United States (8: Alabama, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri)
