When: P. gibbus zone, Downes Point (lower) Member (Shallow Bay Formation), Middle Cambrian (509.0 - 497.0 Ma)

• Kindle Zone 2 (preliminary, agnostoid-based evaluation by co-author) JA: correlates with Utah zones (see Fig. 6) that are entirely Middle Cambrian according to Gradstein et al. 2004

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: offshore shelf; lithified, shelly/skeletal packstone and lithified grainstone

• member: coarse grained sequence of often amalgamated carbonate conglomerates. Specimens: equant casts of light-colored, bioclastic packstones and grainstones.
