• JA: originally entered as late Osagean; falls entirely within the Gnathodus texanus zone (Ausich and Meyer 1990), which in turn is Chadian to Arundian (Work and Mason 2004)

Environment/lithology: marineshelly/skeletal, green

• crinoids collected from one of four facies within the fort payne; at this locality, the facies is fossiliferous green shale facies
