Environment/lithology: coastal; lithified, gray, calcareous mudstone

• depositional environment debated. some say Lacustrine, others suggest Brackish to Marine. no Marine Palynomorphs have been found.
• fine-grained calcareous mudstones about 1.5 meters above the base of the formation.
