• About 2 m above base of Member 2 (of Petryk) of Becscie Formation.

Environment/lithology: open shallow subtidal; lithified, gray limestone

• hard, slabby, evenly bedded, and tan to grey limestones...locally very fossiliferous but other parts appear entirely to lack fossils
