• Assemblage probably correlates with Assemblages 17 & 18 of Banks & Burrett (1980). Plectodina aculeata in underlying assemblage and Belodina compressa above and below restricts possible correlations of assemblage with faunas 8, 9, 10 or (possibly) 11 of Sweet & Bergström (1976).

Environment/lithology: shallow subtidal; shelly/skeletal limestone

• Massive micrite and biomicrite. From Corbett & Banks (1974): Variably dolomitized and stylotized, impure, brown-black limolitic limestone, micrites, and calcarenites; unit reflects a composite of several variable horizons
