Environment/lithology: open shallow subtidal; gray, conglomeratic, cherty/siliceous limestone

• Warm shallow marine waters that were rich in lime and had good circulation. The large number of branching forms suggests depths not greater than 60 feet
• Chert pebble conglomeratic limestone that grades into light-gray limestone without pebbles.
