• "The Cedara and Lawley megaplant assemblages clearly fall between those derived from the M. Ecca and Estcourt Fm. in composition. They thus represent the Upper Ecca (or lowest Beaufort), though they cannot be readily placed lithostratigraphically." (Anderson and Anderson 1985 (ref. 6188))
